In the case of residential key holding when you are likely only to use the service whilst away on holiday or business, we can perform a range of useful tasks.

We can take daily action to reduce crime, including moving mail and papers, and we also water your plants and feed your pets. By holding your keys we are able to accept deliveries, see to tradesmen, turn lights on/off, open/close curtains etc. Our response guard can attend to de-activate an alarm which means that your alarm provider is able to ask for a Police response.

You may specify the frequency of our visits, day or night.

Key-Holding

Our key-holder service ensures that if there is an emergency, your keys are not far away. As key-holders we do not provide any other services.

Security Checks

For peace of mind when your property is unoccupied we can make periodic checks on your behalf to ensure it is secure. This service is only available if we are the key-holders to the property.

NB: We do not operate a security guard service.

Key Cutting

We can get extra copies of your keys cut and delivered to you. Simply let us know your requirements and tell us where you would like them delivered. Requests for delivery to a third party would require written authority.
